Fixed-fee, no surprises
Pilots start at $1,000 with a fixed scope. You see the price before you commit, and we don't move on until the first project earns its keep.
Practical AI · Built for small businesses
Imagine missed calls turned into bookings, quotes flying out before you're back at the truck, your inbox already triaged by morning. We help small businesses pick one focused win, ship it in weeks, and measure the results in real numbers — with zero pressure to go bigger until you're ready.
We've designed every part of how we work for the small business owner — fast wins, fair pricing, and full control of your data.
Pilots start at $1,000 with a fixed scope. You see the price before you commit, and we don't move on until the first project earns its keep.
We target the repetitive 20% — the quoting, data entry, inbox triage — so your people spend more time on the work only humans do well.
We handle setup, training, and the awkward bits. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can run everything we build.
We use business-grade tools with strict privacy settings — your customer data is never used to train anyone's AI. We'll walk you through it in plain English.
Every engagement starts with a 2–4 week pilot, not a year-long rebuild. If the numbers don't add up, we'll tell you — and we won't push you into bigger work.
Most of what we set up runs in your existing email, CRM, and phone systems. The point is less work, not another login to manage.
No abstractions. Here are concrete things we've helped owners ship in under a month.
An AI receptionist that takes calls when you can't, books appointments straight into your calendar, and texts you a summary. Stops the leaks from missed calls without hiring a night shift.
Feed in a few examples and a photo. Get clean, on-brand copy for every new SKU in seconds. Owners with 200+ products typically save a full work-week per launch.
Talk into your phone after a site visit. Get a formatted, customer-ready quote in your inbox before you're back at the truck — pricing pulled from your own rate sheet.
Sort the noise from the urgent. Auto-draft replies for routine questions in your tone, ready for you to skim and send. Hours back in the morning.
Ask plain-English questions about your invoices, contracts, or SOPs and get an answer with the source. Like having a search bar that actually understands what you mean.
Snap receipts, invoices, business cards, or handwritten order forms and the right values land in the right columns of your spreadsheet — no more end-of-week data-entry catch-up.
No betting the business on AI. Just a few focused weeks, real numbers, and an honest read on whether to go further.
We talk through your business, find the slowest, most repetitive parts, and tell you honestly whether AI is the right fix. Sometimes the answer is "not yet" — and we'll tell you that too.
We pick one win — small enough to ship fast, big enough to feel. You get a fixed quote, a clear timeline, and a number we're trying to move (hours saved, quotes-per-week, response time).
At the end of the pilot, we show you the receipts. If it didn't pay back, we say so. If it did, we talk about whether it's worth doing the next thing.
Most of our clients add one or two more pieces over the following year. Some don't, and that's fine. No upsell pressure, no ballooning retainers.

Run tier (required, 12-month minimum): from $2,000/mo — proactive monitoring, model updates, priority support. Month-to-month after.
Scope a buildRun tier is 20% of build cost per month — required for 3 months after a pilot or 12 months after a custom build (the window when models and integrations need the most attention), then month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Coming back after 30+ days off includes a one-month reactivation fee for the re-onboarding audit. No surprise invoices. If we can't make the math work, we won't take the project.
If your question isn't here, ask. We'd rather tell you "no" early than waste your time.
Ask us anythingHonestly? For some owners, ChatGPT is enough — and we'll tell you that. We come in when you need it tied into your actual workflow (your inbox, your calendar, your customer list, your phones), kept private to your business, and set up so your team uses it without thinking about it.
No. Solo operators and 2–3 person teams are some of our happiest clients, because the time we save them goes straight into their day. If anything, you'll feel the impact faster than a 50-person company would.
A working thing. Not a slide deck. By the end of the pilot, you have an AI tool — running in your business, used by your team, with numbers showing what it changed. If those numbers aren't there, the pilot didn't succeed and we say so.
We use business-tier tools where your data isn't used to train anyone's models. We sign an NDA before we see anything sensitive, and we'll walk you through exactly where your data lives and who can see it. Plain English, no legalese.
You do. Custom code, configurations, prompts, and integrations are assigned to you on final payment, delivered via a Git repo on your account. For pilots, hosting, APIs, and model providers are set up under your name from day one and you cover those costs. For custom builds, we run those under our accounts and cover the costs through the build and the required run tier; accounts and billing transfer to you when the run tier ends. Either way, the system is yours to keep. We retain rights only to generic patterns and methodologies we bring in from past work, never your data or anything unique to your business.
The run tier has a minimum commitment — 3 months after a pilot, 12 months after a custom build — to cover the window when models and integrations need the most attention. After that, it's month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep the system, the code, and the accounts either way. If you come back within 30 days of cancelling, we pick up where we left off at no extra cost. After that, there's a one-month reactivation fee (equal to one month of your run-tier rate) to cover the re-onboarding audit: model versions, API changes, integrations, and any small accumulated tweaks. If the audit turns up real work — broken integrations, retraining, new features — we'll quote that separately as a small fixed-fee project, never billed by the hour.
It will, sometimes. We design every workflow with a human checkpoint where the cost of a mistake matters — drafts you approve, summaries you skim, suggestions you accept. AI does the boring 80%; you stay in the loop for the 20% that matters.
Most pilots show measurable time savings in the first two weeks. The bigger wins — fewer missed calls, faster quoting, better follow-up — usually show up in revenue within a quarter.
